Now San Francisco, the first city in the country to ban plastic bags, is about to take another step forward: Preventing the Yellow Pages from giving books to people who might not want them. Last week, San Francisco’s Board of Supervisors voted 10-1 to pass legislation (PDF) that would ban unwanted delivery of the directories.

About

i am sometimes more perceptive than i would like to be.
i am fiercely loyal. sometimes, stupidly so.
i never play dumb. never.
I would make a really good mom, but i'm cool with being a really good aunt.
I have hips. They don’t lie.
I am a dog person.
Facebook tags my sister’s face as mine. I don’t think we look alike. At all.
I wear a lot of dresses, because I don’t like to co-ordinate my outfits.
My boss described me as a “straight-shooter,” now I can’t get the cowgirl image of myself out of my head.
i’m really good at a lot of things, but i’m scared i’m not great at anything.
I don’t like beer. At all.
I think there are obvious healing powers in butter.
i’m beginning to suspect that i do have a biological clock after all.
My feet are always cold
